Telecommunications play a fundamental
rol in the knowledge society. Their evolution and development
impact on the economy and society of our countries.
The Telecommunications besides generating the basic
infrastructure to maintain connected individuals,
companies and countries, contribute to the development
and the effectiveness of essential socioeconomic activities:
education, medicine, transport, banking,
culture, leisure, etc. Its evolution is constant in
the improvement of existing technologies but also in
the generation of new technologies and services. The
focus of this conference is to promote the interchange
between different agents from the sector of the Telecommunications
in Latin America.

and published in the congress proceedings.
Papers must have the maximun extension
indicated, including figures and
references, following the format of the
IEEE, in letter size.
They must be written in Spanish, Portuguese
or English, and sent in
